Abhay Soman

Abhay Soman currently serves as the Director of Business Development & Sales for the India and Southeast Asia market at Dana TM4, a position held since October 2020, where responsibilities include managing electrification efforts across various segments. Prior to this role, Abhay held the position of Vice President - Corporate Material at ANAND AUTOMOTIVE PRIVATE LIMITED from April 2015 to September 2020, achieving significant cost savings and enhancing supply chain efficiency. Additionally, Abhay worked at Spicer India Ltd from October 2003 to March 2015 in multiple roles, including Head of Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain, and gained experience in project feasibility and costing. Earlier in the career, Abhay was associated with Mahindra & Mahindra Farm Equipment Sector as Manager Costing and Manager - Industrial Engineering & Projects. Abhay holds a Master's in Financial Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and has completed an Advance Management & Leadership Program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Educational background also includes a Bachelor's degree in Production from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Technology.
