Bryan Roos

Bryan Roos is a highly experienced professional in the field of electrified vehicle technologies and sustainability. Currently serving as Sr. Manager for Advanced Technologies - Electrified Products at Dana Incorporated, Bryan leads global initiatives in light and commercial vehicle electrification. Previous roles include managing range and efficiency at Rivian, where Bryan oversaw advanced vehicle efficiency and cross-functional negotiations, and contributions to SAE International as a committee member and lead drafter, where key revisions to testing standards for electric vehicles were introduced. Bryan's solid foundation includes significant positions at General Motors, the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, and Ford Motor Company, where expertise in energy architecture, vehicle performance, and hybrid powertrains was developed. Bryan holds a Master's degree in Automotive Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, and a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Electric Vehicles from the University of Detroit Mercy.
