Lucas Balistreri, MEM, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lucas started their career as a General Service Technician at Tire Man, where they gained hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance. Lucas then worked as an Automotive Technician at Mikes Restoration, specializing in the restoration of high-end vehicles.

In 2011, Balistreri took on a part-time role as an HVAC Technician at Clean Air Systems, installing exhaust gas extraction systems in fire stations. During this time, they also worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Guardian Industries, where they gained valuable experience in manufacturing and process flow.

Currently, Balistreri is employed at Dana Incorporated as the Lead Electrification Global Manufacturing Engineer - Inverters. Lucas leads the global manufacturing of high-volume inverters and motors, managing a team of engineers and overseeing DFM/A studies, CAPEX strategies, and asset launches.
