Marco Fracchia

Marco Fracchia has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Marco began their career as an Engineer at Seddon Atkinson, where they worked on the application of Wabco ABS system for heavy trucks. Marco then moved on to Ricardo, where they started as a Graduate and eventually became a Principal Engineer. During their time at Ricardo, they gained experience in design, analysis, and shift quality development, as well as transmission calibration and benchmarking.

In 2008, Marco joined Vocis Ltd as a Technical Specialist, responsible for transmission software development. Marco then took on the role of Operations Manager, where they were involved in business development, financial planning, and program delivery, with a technical focus on hybrid and electric vehicle applications. In 2020, Marco joined Dana Incorporated as the Head of Operations and Advanced Engineering.

Throughout their career, Marco has consistently demonstrated their technical expertise and leadership skills across various roles, making significant contributions to driveline software delivery and transmission control.

Marco Fracchia received their MEng degree in Mechanical and Automotive Engineering from Newcastle University, where they studied from 1995 to 2000.
