Michele Rampanelli

Michele Rampanelli is a Senior Mechatronic Engineer in R&D at Dana Incorporated since July 2017. Prior to this role, Michele served as a Mechatronic Engineer at KiteGen Research S.r.l. from August 2015 to July 2017, focusing on developing control strategies, selecting electronic components, and evaluating performance. Michele's experience also includes working as a Wind Turbine Control Engineer at LEITWIND from October 2010 to August 2015, where responsibilities involved conducting aeroelastic simulations and developing control strategies, as well as overseeing the prototypes' certification process. Michele holds a Master's degree in Open Innovation Management from Università degli Studi di Padova, completed in September 2023, and a Master's degree in Aerodynamics from Politecnico di Milano, earned in July 2010.
