Monica Paolini

Monica Paolini, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Monica is currently the Director of Human Resources and Global Talent Acquisition at Dana Incorporated, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to this, they were the Global Talent Acquisition Leader and Global HR Leader for Electrification at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing from 2017 to 2021. Monica also worked at Federal-Mogul Motorparts as the Senior Manager of Corporate HR, Staffs, and Global Talent Acquisition from 2015 to 2017. Monica has also held positions at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles-Comau and Continental where they focused on talent acquisition and HR business partnering.

Monica Paolini, SPHR holds a Bachelor's Degree from Western Michigan University, a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University, and has completed the Advanced Management Program in Leadership and Organizational Change Management at The Wharton School. Monica also holds certifications in Executive Education from Wharton Executive Education and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from SHRM.
