Nilesh Desale

Nilesh Desale currently serves as the Head of Manufacturing Engineering Department at Dana Incorporated, having held the position since July 2019, following a tenure as Manager in the same department. Prior to Dana, Nilesh was Deputy Manager of Optimization at Brembo Brake India Pvt. Ltd. and Assistant Manager at GKN Automotive, where responsibilities included preparing plant and machine layouts and overseeing assembly machine specifications. At Valeo, Nilesh worked as Assistant Manager in Process Engineering, contributing to the implementation of assembly lines for Starter Motors in new facilities. Nilesh holds an M. Tech in Manufacturing Engineering & Automation from COEP Technological University, a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from North Maharashtra University, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from MSBTE.
