Raymond Gardner

Raymond Gardner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management within the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Global Quality Director for Electrification at Dana Incorporated since July 2010, Raymond has held various pivotal roles including Director of Global Warranty and Quality Manager for the China Expat operations. Prior to Dana, Raymond was the Corp Quality Manager at International Automotive Components and served in multiple positions at Lear Corporation, including Program Manager and Quality Manager in Shanghai, China. Raymond began his career as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Sommer Allibert. Educationally, Raymond holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Technology from Bowling Green State University, obtained from 1994 to 1998.
