Roswitha Baeuml

Roswitha Baeuml has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles, primarily in the automotive industry. Roswitha is currently the Global Business ERP Strategy Lead at Dana Incorporated, where they focus on implementing ERP strategies. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager and Plant Manager at Dana Incorporated, where they were responsible for organizational behavior, change management, production output increase, and customer relationship management. Roswitha has also held positions as the Managing Director and Director of Program Management at Dana Incorporated.

Before joining Dana Incorporated, Baeuml worked at Webasto Group as the Quality and MP&L Manager, overseeing the establishment of a green-field roof production operation. Roswitha has also held positions as the Director of Quality Management Europa and Project Manager at Webasto Group.

Their earlier work experience includes roles as a Product Development Engineer at Schaeffler, a Design Engineer at Behr Industries Corporation, and a Design Engineer at Wilden KG.

Roswitha Baeuml completed their education as follows: from 2015 to 2017, they attended the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2005 to 2006, they participated in the High Potential Program at the Webasto Academy, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General. Lastly, from 1992 to 1994, they pursued an Engineer's degree/Maschinenbautechniket at the Mies van der Rohe School, specializing in Mechanical Engineering.
