Ma. Cristina Arroyo is currently the Human Resources Manager at DANAConnect. Ma. has over ten years of experience in Human Resources, and has held various management positions at different companies.
Arroyo started their career as the Coordinador de RRHH at The Clorox Company in 2006. Ma. then became the Directora Ejecutiva at Humo Group in 2007, and held that position for three years. In 2010, they left Humo Group to become the Directora de Cuentas at Tu Buen Vivir, where they worked for two years.
In 2012, Arroyo returned to DANAConnect, where they had worked briefly in 2006, as the Gerente de RRHH. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting talent for companies in the DANAConnect group, defining compensation schemes, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Ma. also helped to define and standardize organizational procedures.
In 2013, Arroyo was promoted to Gerente de RRHH y Administración, in which they were additionally responsible for raising and optimizing administrative processes, supervising accounts payable, guaranteeing compliance with accounting processes, and ensuring the completion of tasks in the area of general services. Ma. held this position until 2017.
Arroyo has been the Human Resources Manager at DANAConnect since 2017. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
Ma. Cristina Arroyo has an educational background in both Administration and Human Resources Management. Ma. holds a degree in Administration from Universidad Santa Maria, and a specialization in Human Resources Management from Universidad Metropolitana (VE). Ma. also has a certification in Cybersecurity Awareness Training from ESET USA.
