Alia al-Adwani

Alia Al-Adwani is an experienced Human Resources professional with a proven track record in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the HR Leader of the Danaher Diagnostics Platform at Danaher Corporation, Alia has previously held positions such as Human Resource Business Partner at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics and Olayan Saudi Holding Company, and Human Resource Director at Arabio - Arab Company for Pharmaceutical Products. Alia began the career as a Human Resource Manager at National Medical Care. Alia is advancing education with an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Business Administration and Management from King Saud University, expected to be completed in July 2025, and holds CIPD qualifications in Human Resources Essentials, obtained from 2018 to 2019.
