Carlos Velasquez

Carlos Velasquez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive recruitment and talent acquisition across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Head, Sr. Director Executive Talent Acquisition at Danaher Corporation since November 2021, Carlos leads recruitment efforts for a multinational conglomerate known for its innovation in life sciences, diagnostics, and environmental solutions. Prior to this role, Carlos was the Director of Global Executive Recruitment at Carrier Corporation, a leader in HVAC and refrigeration solutions, and Head of Global Executive Recruitment at Kimberly-Clark, a prominent brand in essential products. Carlos's earlier experience includes leadership positions at Siemens, Futurestep, HRworks, and various sales management roles in Latin America, complemented by an MBA in International Business and Marketing from Kennesaw State University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
