James Beckett

James Beckett currently serves as General Manager for Cepheid DACH and Poland at Danaher Corporation since September 2025. Prior to this role, James held various leadership positions at Cepheid from March 2018 to September 2025, including General Manager and Director of the Business Unit for Point of Care and Alternate Sites EMEA, focusing on strategies for Point of Care Sexual Health markets across Europe. James also served as Divisional Director of Operations at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust from June 2012 to February 2018, overseeing four large directorates and managing Europe's largest HIV service. Earlier experience includes a Service Manager position at Homerton University Hospital Foundation Trust, supervising multiple services and leading London's largest Retinal Screening programme. James earned a Master of Science in Health and Public Leadership from the University of Birmingham between 2008 and 2010.
