Jenna Balestrini

Jenna Balestrini currently serves as the Senior Director, Intrapreneur and Business Acceleration Lead at Danaher Corporation since June 2023. Previously, from May 2016 to June 2023, Balestrini held various leadership roles at Draper, including Head of Strategy for Commercial Bio, Head of Cell Bioprocessing, Program Manager in Cell Bioprocessing, and Principal Investigator in Precision Medicine. Key responsibilities included leading strategies for biotechnology, directing the development of GMP-ready bioprocessing technologies, overseeing substantial portfolios, and engaging with external stakeholders. Balestrini's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Biochemistry from Iowa State University.
