Jessica Arter Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic development and molecular diagnostics. Currently serving as Senior Director of Strategic Development at Danaher Corporation since April 2017, Jessica has successfully identified key markets for capital deployment, overseeing the deployment of over $6 billion and cultivating a robust pipeline of strategic assets. Previous roles at Danaher include Director of Strategic Development and Director of Innovation, where Jessica focused on M&A strategies and enhanced product development processes leading to significant time and revenue improvements. Prior to Danaher, Jessica held various positions at Beckman Coulter, managing multimillion-dollar portfolios in assay development and leading technical teams in molecular diagnostics.
