Karen Koster

Karen Koster is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in environmental health and safety, sustainability, and risk management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President at Danaher Corporation since August 2023, Koster previously held positions at Honeywell as VP of Health Safety Environment, Product Stewardship, Sustainability & Resilience, and at Hexion Inc. as Executive Vice President of Environmental Health & Safety. Koster also held senior roles at Momentive Performance Materials and Cytec Industries, where responsibilities included overseeing global safety and environmental programs. Koster's legal background includes serving as in-house counsel focused on environmental issues and litigation at Cytec Industries, as well as working for Lowenstein Sandler. Koster holds a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and a B.S. in Finance from Northern Michigan University.
