Kia Johnson

Kia Johnson, PHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations and global investigations. Currently serving as a Senior Employee Relations Partner at Danaher Corporation since July 2022, Kia previously held various roles at Eli Lilly and Company from July 2016 to July 2022, including Manager of HR Global Investigations and Associate Consultant within the same department. Kia has expertise in investigating compliance allegations, particularly in promotions, while also providing HR support to diverse employee groups. Past experiences include internships with the Richmond Department of Social Services, the United States Air Force, and the Virginia General Assembly. Kia holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Virginia State University, completed in 2016.
