Lisa Mroz is a seasoned strategic advisor specializing in organizational effectiveness and leadership development. Currently serving as a Women Leaders for the World Global Advisor at How Women Lead, Lisa has extensive experience consulting for C-Suite leaders across various sectors, including significant contributions to companies such as Genentech, Chevron, and NASA. With a robust background in change management and organizational development, Lisa has held roles at Danaher Corporation, Cyrq Energy, and the Special Olympics, among others. Additionally, Lisa maintains a role as a Certified Sommelier and Wine Educator at the WSET Wine & Spirit Education Trust London. Lisa holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA from The University of Texas at Austin.
