Mary Britton

Mary Britton is an experienced legal professional with a comprehensive background in litigation and compliance. Since April 2008, Mary has held various leadership positions at Danaher Corporation, including Vice President and Chief Counsel for Global Litigation & Investigations, Global Compliance Officer, and Chief Litigation Counsel. Prior to Danaher, Mary served as Vice President and Chief Counsel for Litigation at AOL from April 2003 to March 2008, and worked as a Trial Attorney in the Civil Division's Commercial Litigation Branch, Fraud Section at the U.S. Department of Justice from 2001 to 2003. Earlier in their career, Mary was an Associate at Latham & Watkins from 1993 to 2001. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan.
