Neal Baldwin

Neal Baldwin is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the life sciences and laboratory equipment sectors. Currently serving as DBSO Director of Sales Growth at Danaher Corporation since August 2025, Baldwin focuses on innovative solutions that meet evolving customer needs. Previously, Baldwin held significant roles including Lab Filtration Leader for USCAN at Cytiva from March 2023 to November 2025, and Director of Sales for North America at Pall Laboratory from April 2019 to May 2023. Baldwin's career also includes positions at Pall Life Sciences, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Barnstead International, DyStar, and Darsey Color, showcasing a progression of expertise in sales management and strategic growth. Baldwin obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
