Prathap H M currently serves as the Lead Manager Human Resources at Danaher Corporation since June 2023. Prior to this, they held senior HR positions at ITC Limited and Titan Company Limited. They also worked as an Associate Design Engineer at Fluor Corporation and completed their PGD-HRM in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur after obtaining a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.
