Sarah Smith

Sarah Smith is a seasoned HR professional with over a decade of experience at Danaher Corporation, currently serving as Vice President of HR for Integrated DNA Technologies and Separation Leader for HR Workstreams at Veralto. In this role, Sarah leads critical HR initiatives for the separation of Danaher's Environmental & Applied Solution Segment. Previous positions include Vice President of Corporate HR at Danaher and various roles at ChemTreat, including HR Director for North America and HR Business Partner for Sales. Sarah began their career as an Executive Recruiter and Account Executive at The Mergis Group. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and History from the University of Mary Washington.
