Terry McWhorter, CPA, JD, LLM is currently the Director, Tax Planning at Danaher Corporation since June 2018. Previously, Terry was the Senior Corporate Tax Counsel at Caterpillar Inc. and Senior Tax Manager at KPMG. With a background in law and accounting, Terry has also served as a General Tax Attorney and Advisor at the Internal Revenue Service and as a Managing Attorney at McWhorter Walker, P.C. Terry's experience includes providing legal counsel, tax planning, and tax compliance services to various organizations.
