Laura C. currently serves as an Extraction Tech III at Ayr Wellness Inc. since July 2022, following a career that spans various roles and responsibilities within the extraction and research fields. Laura has volunteered with DanceSafe since July 2018, providing harm reduction services and participating in innovative substance screening initiatives. Previous experience includes positions as a Laboratory Technician at Synkron Biosciences, CO2 Extraction Specialist at Parallel, and Extraction and Refinement Supervisor at Surterra Wellness, where expertise in process development and employee training was demonstrated.
