Sara Gael

Sara Gael is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in psychedelic-assisted therapy and harm reduction. Currently serving as Lead Educator and Sub-Investigator at Lykos Therapeutics since January 2015, Sara also holds roles as Lead Instructor at the Integrative Psychiatry Institute and Advisor at DanceSafe. In prior positions at the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies, Sara contributed as Psychedelic Harm Reduction Officer and Director of the Zendo Project. Additional experience includes roles as a Transpersonal Psychotherapist at Re-Membering LLC and Wilderness Therapist at Healing Quest LLC. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Naropa University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Geography and Environmental Studies from the University of Hawai‘i System and Environmental Policy from Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
