Nicole Savoie

Nicole Savoie is currently the Customer Success Director at D2L since April 2017. Prior to this role, Nicole held positions such as Customer Success Manager and Client Partner at Ellucian from March 2012 to March 2017. Nicole also served as the Customer Relationship Manager for Eastern Canada at SunGard Higher Education from February 2005 to March 2012. Before entering the tech industry, Nicole worked at Universite de Moncton for 15 years in various roles such as Manager of Enterprise Systems, Director of Admission and Systems, Assistant Registrar, and Liaison Officer for Student Recruitment and Admission. Nicole has a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Université de Moncton and obtained a DTM in Communication & Leadership from Toastmasters International.
