Cecilia Tamez

Cecilia Tamez has extensive experience as a Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Data Science. Cecilia has held this position at multiple companies, including Euronet Worldwide, Dandelion Payments, Ria Money Transfer, and Xe.com. At Xe.com, they worked with the leadership team to develop the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives. Cecilia also led various teams and monitored trends in order to craft the company's strategic direction. Prior to their role at Xe.com, Cecilia was the Marketing Director, where they developed marketing strategies and plans and led digital acquisition strategies. Cecilia also served as the Product Implementation Manager and Client Support Representative at Xe.com, where they managed teams and partnerships, resolved conflicts, and developed training materials.

Cecilia Tamez obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Combined Honors Modern Languages and French from McMaster University between 1998 and 2004. In 2011, they also received a Masters Certificate in Marketing Leadership from the Schulich School of Business - York University.
