Elise James DeCruise

Elise James DeCruise has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2021. Elise began their career as a Trainer at Right Media LLC a Yahoo Company in 2006. Elise then moved on to KPMG in 2009, where they held the role of Manager, Internal Learning & Development Communications (6 month contract). In 2010, they took on the role of Learning and Development Manager at Macy's. In 2009, they founded AthletesWork, where they served as the Founder until 2018. In 2018, they co-founded Dandi, and in 2020 they took on the role of Strategic L&D Advisor at GoCoach. In 2020, they joined Marcus Thomas LLC as the Chief Diversity, Inclusion and People Officer. In 2021, they joined Ad Council as the Chief Equity Officer and Chief as a Member.

Elise James DeCruise received their M.S. in Instructional Leadership/Business Communications from Robert Morris University between 2002 and 2004. Elise completed their B.A in Communications - PR/Adv from the same university between 1996 and 2000. In March 2020, they obtained an Inclusive Leadership Certification from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
