Ellen Darlington

Director of Customer Success at Dandi Technologies

Ellen Darlington has over 10 years of experience in customer success and client services. Ellen began their career in 2012 as the New Client Coordinator at Benetrends, Inc., where they developed a role to work closely with both the client and cross departmentally. In 2016, they became Manager of Client Development at RealWinWin. In 2017, they moved to Sift as the Director of Client Success, where they built simple, beautiful software to help understand the skills, experience, and backgrounds of colleagues. In 2020, they joined Instructure as the Sr. Manager of Customer Success. In 2021, they were promoted to Director of Customer Success and Experience at Esusu, where they were at the forefront of paving a permanent bridge to financial access. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Success at Dandi.

Ellen Darlington's education history includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Business from Eckerd College, which they obtained between 2004 and 2008. Ellen also holds a certification in Cybersecurity Awareness Training from ESET North America.
