Jesper Riber Rosholm

Jesper Riber Rosholm is an experienced professional with a diverse background in research and development, human resources, and aviation. Currently serving as R&D Manager at Danfoss IXA since April 2023, Jesper previously held the role of HR Business Partner at TotalEnergies from 2021 to June 2023. Prior to that, Jesper was the R&D Director at VIKING Life-Saving Equipment A/S and spent over a decade at Danfoss in various positions, including Director of Technology and Manager of R&D. Jesper's early career included roles as an Airline Pilot and Flight Operations Officer at Air Alsie A/S and a Control Engineer at Danfoss VLT Drives. Jesper holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Aalborg University and an Academy Profession Programme in Human Resources from IBA Erhvervsakademi Kolding.
