Anne-Marie Gendreau

Anne-Marie Gendreau is an experienced professional in the field of food science and innovation, currently serving as the R&D Manager at EMPWR Nutrition Group since October 2025. Prior to this role, Anne-Marie worked at Lallemand as the Manager of Applied Research & Development, focusing on whole cell yeast and yeast extracts from November 2021 to October 2025. Other positions include Manager of Marketing and Research & Development at Galerie au Chocolat Inc. and Senior Product Developer for Innovation at Plats du Chef. Anne-Marie holds a B.Sc. in Food Chemistry from McGill University, a Marketing Certificate from McMaster University, and a degree in Confectionery Science and Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, complemented by training in Professional Pastry Making from the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec.
