Axel Schaddach

Axel Schaddach is the Head of Global Sales for the System Solutions Division at Danfoss, a position held since October 2015, where responsibilities include managing divisional Profit & Loss, driving global product development, and facilitating profitable growth. Previously, Axel served as Global Key Account Director at Danfoss and was involved in negotiating global contracts. Axel's earlier experience includes roles at Fujitsu Technology Solutions as Senior Project Manager, where leadership in international business transformation was a focus, as well as positions in sales support and business development. Axel’s career began at Fujitsu Siemens Computers GmbH as Manager of Sales Information & Partner Management. Education includes a Diplom-Kaufmann degree from the University of Augsburg, specializing in Marketing, eCommerce, and Commercial Information Technology. Axel is also a member of Junior Chamber International since January 2014.
