Miroslaw Kazmierczak

Miroslaw Kazmierczak has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Innovation Excellence Manager at Danfoss since May 2008. In this role, Miroslaw leads an engineering team focused on digital transformation projects related to intralogistics, Quality 4.0, advanced robotics, and IoT. Previously, Miroslaw held positions such as Business Data Support Manager, where robotic process automation (RPA) solutions for SAP processes were designed, and Lean Office Manager, overseeing productivity and automation initiatives. Miroslaw's earlier roles include Project Manager at TCL Multimedia, managing the introduction of new LCD TV products, and various engineering positions at TTE & Thomson and Thomson Multimedia, where responsibilities included product engineering, process engineering, and productivity improvements. Miroslaw holds a degree from Poznan University of Technology, completed in 2000.
