Ricardo Schneider

Ricardo Schneider is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the engineering and business sectors, currently serving as Danfoss Executive Advisor and formerly as President and CEO of Danfoss Turbocor since joining Danfoss in May 1992. Schneider has played a pivotal role in guiding innovation and execution to achieve long-term value creation while emphasizing social and environmental responsibility. Prior to Danfoss, Schneider held the position of Engineer Manager at Recrusul in Brazil from 1985 to 1991. Educational credentials include a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, an International Management Program at INSEAD, and a TGMP from Harvard Business School.
