Russell Hay

Russell Hay is an experienced commercial and revenue management professional with a career spanning over two decades in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Commercial Director at Daniel Thwaites since June 2018, Russell previously held positions as Cluster Revenue Manager with the same company, and Central Revenue Manager at Macdonald Hotels & Resorts from June 2016 to June 2018. Russell's career began at Malmaison and Hotel du Vin, where roles included Assistant Brand Revenue Manager and Reception Manager, starting from a student placement during the opening of Malmaison Birmingham. Russell holds a BA in Tourism Management from Leeds Metropolitan University, completed in 2005.
