Dima Bensky

Dima Bensky is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in retail and operations management. Currently serving as General Manager at Daniel's Donuts since October 2021, Dima oversees retail, wholesale, and manufacturing teams, contributing to the brand's growth and success. Prior to this role, Dima held significant positions at Coles as Senior Innovation Manager, Dan Murphy's as Senior Manager of Business Improvement, and Woolworths Supermarkets as Multi Site Manager, managing large teams and driving various improvement programs. Dima's career also includes experience at Retail Zoo and Domino's Pizza Enterprises, where responsibilities spanned operations, profitability, and franchise management. Dima holds an MBA in Business Law and a Bachelor of Computer Science from Monash University.
