Radwa Ashoor is an experienced professional in food technology and product development, currently serving as the New Product Development Manager at Daniel's Donuts since September 2022. Prior roles include Designer II at International Flavors & Fragrances in Australia and Flavor Application Technologist II, where Radwa led the Savory portfolio to deliver flavors and technologies to customers. As R&D Team Manager at FRONERI Egypt and R&D Projects Manager at The Kraft Heinz Company, Radwa successfully launched numerous products in the Egyptian market and the RIMEA zone, demonstrating a strong background in product innovation and quality enhancement. Previous experience includes positions as R&D Engineer at Royal Pack, with specialized training in dairy and chocolate manufacturing across Germany, Denmark, and Malaysia. Radwa holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Processing from Cairo University and a Diploma in Total Quality Management from the American University.
