Aysil Sahin has a diverse work experience, starting as a Legal Intern at Kolding Court House in 2004. Aysil later worked as a Legal adviser at Gellerupparkens Retshjælp, after which they were a Summer Intern/Head of Section at Justitsministeriet/Ministry of Justice in 2013. Continuing their legal career, they became a Teacher at Handelsfagskolen before transitioning to Gorrissen Federspiel as an Assistant Attorney. Aysil then joined Bech-Bruun as an Attorney focusing on drafting IP agreements. Aysil later worked at Danish Crown as a Senior Legal Counsel and Director, Corporate Secretary. Aysil is currently serving as a Member of the Board Of Directors at SPF-Danmark. Additionally, they have experience as an External Lecturer in Company Law at Aarhus Universitet.
Aysil Sahin received a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Law from the University of Sydney in 2012. Aysil then pursued further education in Business Administration and Management, General at Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University, completing the HD 1. Del degree in 2014. Aysil later obtained a Graduate Diploma in International Business (HD 2. del) from Copenhagen Business School in 2021. Additionally, in 2018, they attended an Executive Course in Negotiation at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
