Karsten Zacher Nielsen

Karsten Zacher Nielsen is an experienced IT architect and Geographic Information Systems consultant with a background in enterprise architecture and process development. Currently serving at Geodatastyrelsen since November 2022, Karsten specializes in GIS production of Electronic Navigational Charts and supports the ESRI platform. Previous roles include IT architect at Sanistål A/S, where enterprise architecture and process development advisory were key responsibilities, and earlier positions at Geodatastyrelsen focusing on strategy and data quality analysis.
