Jessica Lambert, PhD, is a Senior Researcher at the DIGNITY - Danish Institute Against Torture since June 2018. Prior to this role, Jessica served as an Associate Professor at California State University, Stanislaus from August 2014 to June 2020, and as an Assistant Professor at the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University from August 2011 to June 2014, specializing in teaching graduate courses in statistics, quantitative methods, and treatment approaches for traumatic stress. Jessica's research experience includes a position as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Trauma, Health & Hazards Center UCCS from August 2009 to June 2011, focusing on the effects of traumatic stress on the well-being and relationship functioning of diverse populations. Earlier in Jessica's career, a Predoctoral Internship at VA Long Beach Healthcare System involved rotations in areas such as combat-related PTSD treatment and women's mental health.
