Morten Olesen has an extensive background in international program development and management, with experience working in various organizations such as DIGNITY - Danish Institute Against Torture, BØRNEfonden, Metropolitan University College, Médicins Sans Frontières, United Nations Development Programme, and Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Morten holds a Master's degree in Contemporary History from the University of Southern Denmark and a Master's degree in African Studies from the University of Copenhagen. Olesen has held roles such as Deputy Director/COO, Director of International Programmes, Head of Programme Department, Programme Development and Grants Manager, Chief Consultant, and Programme Coordinator. Morten has also worked on projects related to public sector reform, EU integration, market development in Africa and Kaukasus, as well as governance, electoral support, and humanitarian efforts.
