Maja Gram

Maja Gram is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance and accountability within humanitarian organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Accountability Advisor at Røde Kors since March 2016, Maja specializes in innovative learning, anti-corruption projects, and the coordination of strategic studies. Previously, Maja held various leadership positions at Folkekirkens Nødhjælp, including Organisational Change Manager and Head of International Finance, where responsibilities included improving finance systems and managing teams across multiple countries. Maja's early career includes a role as a Student Research Assistant at Copenhagen Business School. Maja holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Organisation from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Roskilde University.
