Ramakrishna Chilakamarri

Ramakrishna Chilakamarri began their work experience in 2015 as a Salesforce Developer at American Express. In this role, they gathered customer requirements from multiple business teams and utilized the Rally CA Agile Central system to track and update tasks. Ramakrishna also worked on implementing various Salesforce standard objects for Sales Cloud. Ramakrishna continued their career at Danlaw, Inc. in 2017, where they worked as a Salesforce Developer. In this role, they developed Apex Classes and Triggers to implement business logic and utilized REST APIs to expose Salesforce org data. Ramakrishna also developed PowerBI reports and dashboards with complex calculated measures.

Ramakrishna Chilakamarri completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad in the years 2007 to 2011. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Information Systems from Dakota State University from 2014 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Ramakrishna obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in August 2015 and the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification in April 2018.
