Thomas Brasholt

Thomas Brasholt is an experienced IT security professional currently serving as the Head of IT Security at Danmarks Nationalbank since August 2020. Previously, Thomas held the position of Senior Specialist at the Danish Agency for Digital Government and served as a Technical Delivery Manager at BitRater Group. With a solid background in cyber security, Thomas also worked as an Incident Manager at the Centre for Cyber Security and a Technical Project Manager at Rigspolitiet. Additionally, Thomas operated as a self-employed process optimization consultant, assisting startups and SMEs in optimizing their administrative processes. Early career roles included positions at NNIT A/S and Cooperative Learning DK, focusing on project management and administrative processes automation. Thomas's expertise is further complemented by a M.Sc. in Electronics from the Technical University of Denmark and an HD in International Trade from Copenhagen Business School.
