Birgitte Koch Jacobsen

Birgitte Koch Jacobsen is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in leadership roles across various organizations. Since January 2019, Birgitte serves as the Head of Secretariat at DR - Danmarks Radio, having previously held the position of Deputy Head of Communications at the same organization. Prior experience includes leading marketing and communications at Akademikernes A-kasse, overseeing communications for the Danish National Police, and directing branding and communications initiatives at Mannaz and Rambøll. Birgitte began their career managing communications at the Danish Association of Consulting Engineers and worked on HR development projects at Vejle Kommune. Birgitte holds a Cand.Scient.Soc degree from Roskilde University.
