Irene Vázquez Ruiz de Azúa

Irene Vázquez Ruiz de Azúa is an accomplished professional in the field of food technology, currently serving as the Product Design & Development Manager at Danone Nutricia Research since September 2023. Prior experience includes a role as an R&D Product Developer at Mondelēz International, focusing on gum and candy product development, and an internship at FrieslandCampina, where Irene conducted quality validation and shelf life monitoring of dairy products. Earlier in career, Irene contributed to Natural Machines as an R&D intern, testing food products for 3D printing applications, and worked as a laboratory assistant at Cargill to ensure quality and safety of maize derivative products.
