Emma Sykes is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience at Danone, serving in various leadership roles since 2011. Currently, Emma Sykes holds the position of Global Director of HR for IT and Data Functions, previously overseeing talent strategy and management on a global scale. With a strong foundation in HR business partnership and talent development, Emma Sykes has also held key positions within Danone Waters UK & Ireland and Danone Dairy, among others. Prior to joining Danone, Emma Sykes worked as a Senior Consultant at Michael Page, specializing in FMCG sales and marketing. Emma Sykes holds a BA Hons in European Business and German from Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University.
