Gloria Madrid

Gloria Madrid is an accomplished senior leader with extensive experience in global operations excellence and strategic planning, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global Operations Excellence at Danone since January 2019. Madrid has a proven track record of designing and implementing innovative strategies, including Danone’s first end-to-end Comanufacturing strategic plan and leading organizational transformations during COVID-19. As a co-founder of Earth Breeze, Madrid focuses on operational excellence and social impact, and previously drove significant growth at Kraft Foods through strategic partnerships and product launches. Madrid holds an M.B.A. from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad EAFIT.
