Guilherme Seara

Guilherme Seara is a Category Sourcing Manager for PET resin at Danone, starting in February 2024, specializing in upstream sourcing of vPET plastic resin for the EU and Americas. Prior to this role, Guilherme served as a Category Procurement Manager at FrieslandCampina from August 2019 to January 2024, overseeing global procurement for specialty ingredients across over 40 factories and managing key supplier relationships. Earlier experience includes roles as Global Category Buyer and Junior Global Category Buyer at FrieslandCampina, as well as a Global Procurement Intern at Danone and a Category Management Intern at Kellogg Company. Guilherme holds an MSc in Strategic Management and a BSc in International Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
