Gustavo R. is a Quality Associate Manager at Danone, having advanced from the role of Quality Jr. Manager since May 2022, where responsibilities include providing nationwide support for the HACCP system and overseeing food safety and change management. Prior to Danone, Gustavo worked at Dow from February 2020 to May 2022 as a Production & Maintenance Jumper, focusing on process control to enhance plant efficiency, reliability, and safety. Gustavo also served as a Process Control Jumper at Dow, managing plant systems and analyzing production data for optimization. Currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration at Universidad Tecmilenio, Gustavo holds a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
